Went to Game Convention Asia (GCA) on Saturday (20 September 2008) with my baobei and his friends.

In the event, i happens to saw many people carrying the panda balloons at a gaming company (https://www.runup.com.my/en/)

1. During the process of queuing, some people cut the queue and the staff working simply don't care.

2. They only distribute 50 goodies bags for every 1 hour, when the last 2 session, the staff fail to tell the people who are queuing that only 100 people who can get the goodies bags. Instead they keep use the mic to ask more people to join the queue.

3. When the people who was queuing all rushed into their booth (to collect the goodies bags) there were a few cases of cutting queue and pushing. When some of the adults complain, the staffs only say :'' No choice we cannot do anything, they are all kids at here.''

4. During the last session (7pm) it was supposed to be giving out the last 50 sets of goodies bag but end up only give out 40. Not only that, they already know that only 40 people are able to get the goodies bags, they still ask people to queue and also never inform the people who are queuing that where is the queue stop.

5. The staffs are rude and when asked question and feedback to them about the crowd control, they will show you black face and say: ' They don't know or They can't do anything.''


If the staff cannot do anything on handling the crowds, how to the participants control?

Other than this company, i think the rest of the booth still not bad.

After that we went for dinner at Sizzler Steak Seafood Salad Restaurant.
