What a terrible food for lunch too...

When separating the participants into their games, the instruction pass down during the meeting
session (18^th July 2008 and 22^nd July 2008) was totally different from what on the actual day. Everything was in a mess as we can’t identify who were in which game and where should we brought them to as 1 team different people with different games and location whereas only sergeant 1 and 2 were there to guide them along.

During the games, participants was being assign to 2 different session of games and due to no information and instruction passed down, the volunteers just stick to their original places and just look after the participants.

When the game was ongoing, got a few students injured themselves and the St John did not do their job by attending to them.

There were a lot last minute changed of venue and the speaker who announced the venue and information was not updated. Some of the venues were changed without informing any of us to take note and end up making the participants climbing ups and downs.

Before the concert start, there was no instruction to be given on how to handle the participants and where they should sit. As a result, inside the Auditorium was quite messy.

During the concert, some of our volunteers when down to the stage to join in the fun and when the participants saw, they followed and ending making the place into crowed and rowdy as some pushing and fighting were going on when in front of the stage. Most of the volunteers did not help to clear and take care of the crowd and went outside the Auditorium.
